Since the start of trade over 12 years ago the company has flourished into the well known provider of all things "barcoding" that it is today. Humble beginnings supplying primarily printers have developed over the years into partnerships with leading manufacturers like Datamax, Printronix, PSC and Zebra Technologies, and our systems can now be found in some of the UK's leading operations, like John West (part of the Heinz group), Menzies Distribution and the Silentnight Group.

Dash has grown into the Auto-ID solutions provider it is today by keeping firmly abreast of technological innovation and with this we are keen to monitor RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) technology, which may be key to the supply chain of the future. In keeping with this philosophy we have created a web presence to inform users about RFID and to meet the forthcoming challenge of integrating RFID into industrial applications. Dash / Barcode-IT announces dates and venues for 2005 Open Days The very successful Open Days the Dash has operated over the last four years will continue in 2005, with some new locations and venues. The informal format will remain the same with prospective customers having an appointment with a product specialist to discuss projects and enquiries. The Barcode-IT site is very comprehensive and provides information on all the products and solutions we provide. Recently we have added an Online Store facility to make the purchase of equipment more simple and hassle free.
